Paul E. Hobbs
In 2018, Mr. Hobbs founded Alta Zero Emissions Solutions, Inc to expand the reach of quality and cost effective zero emissions transportation in the mass transit industry. He has had a diverse and successful career in aerospace engineering, having worked for McDonnell Douglas Astronautics, General Dynamics and Northrop Electronics Division. In 1998, Mr. Hobbs became an automotive entrepreneur, acquiring San Juan Dodge, Anaheim Dodge and Jeep Eagle of Santa Ana in California. From 2010-2016, he founded Energ Automotive and worked with the government of Baja California, Mexico to bring clean energy automotive technology to Mexico. From 2016-2018, Mr. Hobbs founded Global Electric Transportation,Inc to focus on delivering electric automotive technology to North America, beginning with the import of electric mass transit buses into Mexico. He has a BS in Economics from the University of Redlands, a JD from Western State University School of Law, and an MS in Management from Liberty University.
In May 2018, Mr. Li joined Alta given his extremely successful manufacturing entrepreneurship in China. He has successfully started multiple manufacturing companies that specialize in building electric cars, electric buses as well as various models of All Terrain Vehicles and motorcycles. In 2015, Mr. Li founded Dali Bus Company, which manufactures 7 different models of electric buses and is his primary position today. In 2014, Mr. Li also founded Yudo Automobile Company, which supplies 75 automotive dealerships throughout China.
Carlos A. Nevarez
Since June 2019, Mr. Nevarez has been a technology consultant for Alta Zero Emissions Solutions, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the high-tech world and currently is Chief Technology Officer for BPU Holdings. His team has dedicated themselves to the development of ZimOS, the Artificial Emotional Intelligent (AEI)platform. Mr. Nevarez is an expert software architect and team leader in technologies including: mobile, social, Cloud and invasive computing, SaaS, enterprise security, machine learning, big data analytics, and systems architecture.Previous to BPU, he served in such positions as: CEO at BizzBlizz, CTO at Enlightened Wealth Institute, Director at Fusion-IO, VP of IT at Nature’s Sunshine, and Chief Architect, Java Tech Group at Novell where he worked closely with then CEO, Eric Schmidt (former executive chairman of Google’s parent firm Alphabet, in the late 1990s).
Since January 2019, Mr. Turner serves as Alta’s Chief Financial Officer. From 1997 to the present, Mr. Turner’s financial prowess has led to the oversight and management of multi-million dollar investment portfolios and operating budgets. He has worked across government, public, private and non-profit sectors to successfully document business process workflows to mitigate risk and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements. Mr. Turner is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University. He received a Master’s in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Li Jay Cheng
Mr. Cheng is a strategic consultant for Alta located in Shenzhen, China. He is also the Vice Minister of International Trade and Director Assistant for China’s World Trade Organization Trade Promotion Center, Africa Committee, South China Branch. He has been employed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China since 2014. Mr. Cheng received a BA in Business and Finance from Shenzhen University.
Mr. Richey joined Alta as a special projects consultant in May 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Richey worked for the Department of Defense as Special Projects Coordinator from 2004-2016. He graduated from the University of California at Riverside with a BA in Business Administration.
Since 2018, Mr. Brown has used his creative vision and exceptional insight into business management to enhance operations for Alta Zero Emissions Solutions, Inc. Reginald D. Brown is a Director member of the Director’s Guild of America, Inc and a seasoned Television Writer in the Writers Guild of America, west. His 40 years of professional experience entail highly rated TV programs and Syndicated Specials from I Remember Beale Street and Lou Rawls Parade of Stars to Back Home With Lisa Smith Putnam, a Christmas special featuring Jazz artist Kenny G that aired on Seattle, Washington’s NBC affiliate KONG 6. Mr. Brown’s award winning film credits include Producer/Director of Witness To A Dream and A Profile in Courage: Linda L. Smith. He is the Co-Producer of the Indie romantic comedy Love and Other Four Letter Words starring Tangi Miller, Flex Alexander and Essence Atkins. No stranger to the corporate world, a few of his clients include Anheuser Busch Companies, UCLA School of Medicine, and Nestle.
